Tool Production:
We aid our clients during the tool process by producing tools under tight tolerances using CAD/CAM software with recent technology. We can produce dies in house with our skilled technical staff and we also collaborate with leading local and international sources. Consequently, we can supply flexible delivery terms and take prompt action for die modification in case of client requests.
Extrusion:
Extrusion is the process in which the aluminium billet passes through steel tools and takes the form of the mold with the great force provided by the press.
Aluminium extrusion is made in a hot environment. Billets are warmed up 420-520 °C, tools ought to be heated to 450 °C and the profile temperature coming out of the tool is 500 °C. The profile is cooled after extrusion, cold stretching is carried out and is cut in the desired lengths. Then, to gain strength, profiles are treated with heat. The profiles are held at 185 °C for 5 hours during this process.
Our facility can manufacture EN AW 6060, 6063, as well as special alloys such as EN AW 6082.
In our extrusion lines, a wide range of aluminium profile products for various sectors and uses, are manufactured.
It is a surface coating operation applied to aluminium products. The anodized sheet is very hard and abrasion-resistant and makes extra quality to the aluminium. Additionally, to prevent oxidation by protecting aluminium against exterior factors it gives a more decorative appearance.
In EAS’s latest technology anodizing plant with a capacity of 6000 tons, longitudinal profiles up to seven mt. are processed under the control of the international QUALANOD standard.

Powder Coating:
Powder-coated materials are produced by us in accordance with QUALICOAT standards. We meet customer requests at a high level with our renewed powder coating line which allows us to achieve the high-quality surface finish. We apply all range of custom and standard RAL colors, collaborating with the leading paint suppliers.
We guarantee a high-quality level with our quality control process at every phase.
Machining:
